Problem
When a distribution group owner tries to update their own group in Outlook, they recieve a message saying
changes to the public group membership cannot be saved. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object
Solution
- Ensure the active directory group object has the “Owner can manage this list” option ticked
- Download and run this powershell script
