Steps to Upgrade
- Ensure both Forest and Domain schemas are at Server 2003 level.
- Install Windows Installer 4.5 onto the Server 2003 server.
- Download Exchange Server 2007 SP2
- Disable Forefront Security Reason here
- Run Setup.exe from the download and follow steps to upgrade
